Everything on this website is Made to Order (unless otherwise stated). Orders can be in production from 2-10 business days during off-peak months. During peak seasonal months, orders could possibly be processed as many as 5-15 business days.

Delivery

All orders come with a tracking number which will be sent to you once the order has shipped. Lost packages will be replaced when we confirm with the delivery service that they did indeed lose the package. No replacement will be sent unless we have that confirmation. We will not replace packages that were confirmed as delivered but were later missing or stolen.
